*Pet Owner Not Home - someone finds your lost pet and calls your home number and finds you are not available.  Maybe your are at work, traveling, or searching for your lost pet.  They then call our emergency 800 number on the tag and we immediately contact you at your additional numbers (work, vet office, relatives, friends, hotel, etc)

*Simple To Order - Just add the Back Up Plan when ordering your pet tag.  You will then be prompted to enter your additional emergency contact numbers and you are finished.  We will then add our toll free Back Up Plan phone number to the tag.  And your pet will have instant extra protection should it become lost!
